Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anderson, South Carolina. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with account inquiries and resolving banking-related issues. Your ability to provide attentive and efficient support will ensure a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns. • Provide accurate information regarding member accounts and banking services. • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues. • Process orders and ensure accurate data entry during customer interactions. • Maintain a focused demeanor while delivering exceptional service. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system. • Stay informed about company policies and product updates to provide accurate assistance. • Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Proficiency in data entry and order processing. • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues. • Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
