Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Avoca, Arkansas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-focused environments and enjoy engaging with clients through billing inquiries, order processing, and general support. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive experience. • Address billing questions and concerns with accuracy and professionalism. • Process orders and maintain detailed records of transactions in the system. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer needs and resolve issues. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, update documents, and organize client information. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. • Provide solutions to customer problems, demonstrating a customer-first attitude. • Stay informed about company policies and procedures to offer accurate guidance. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with exposure to billing or payment processing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. • Familiarity with customer support tools or systems is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
