Customer Service Representative
Description Robert Half is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing clear and informative answers. + Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating more complex matters to senior team members when necessary. + Support Services: Assist customers with order processing, account updates, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting concerns with products or services. + Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system or database. + Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their questions or concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. + Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to coordinate resolutions for complex or cross-functional inquiries. + Retention: Focus on building lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications + Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (highly advantageous, but not required based on business needs). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers. + Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email systems and CRM platforms. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. + Ability to handle high-pressure situations while providing exceptional service.
