Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers while fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Build meaningful relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and offering tailored solutions. • Collaborate effectively with team leaders and colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve service outcomes. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within company systems. • Strive to meet or exceed performance goals, including metrics such as response time, resolution efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Participate in ongoing training programs and coaching sessions to enhance growth and performance. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. • Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities to streamline processes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and resolve challenging customer situations. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. • Willingness to engage in training and self-development to improve skills and knowledge. • Familiarity with the waste and environmental management industry is a plus.
