Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and with an attentive demeanor. • Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and provide updates. • Accurately process orders and enter customer information into the system. • Assist in resolving issues related to products or services while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information. • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and strategies. • Stay updated on company products and services to deliver accurate information. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Ability to accurately perform order entry tasks. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability. • Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) software. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
