About Us:
VCA Cromwell Animal Hospital is a busy, full-service animal hospital committed to providing high-quality medical care with kindness and respect—for both pets and their people. Our front desk team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional experience our clients expect.
Job Responsibilities:Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client experience
Provide compassionate support during emotional situations
Qualifications:Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience a plus
Schedule includes some evenings and Saturdays
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfort with computers and scheduling software
Able to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations
Passion for animals and their well-being
