Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive customer service to both internal and external clients. • Schedule and manage service calls on the dispatch board, ensuring technicians are assigned appropriately and keeping customers informed. • Handle incoming calls related to service inquiries, billing questions, and other departmental needs. • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, schedule services, and conduct follow-up surveys. • Address customer concerns efficiently, aiming to provide effective resolutions. • Assist team members in understanding company policies, procedures, and brand standards. • Participate in special projects and focus groups as assigned by management. • Generate and analyze reports for tracking and operational purposes. • Perform additional duties as directed by management to support team goals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or dispatcher role. • Proficiency in using customer service or dispatch software (preferred). • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and process high volumes of work accurately. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills are essential.
