Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Medley, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient service for our customers, while supporting our sales and logistics operations. Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update customer-specific price lists to ensure accurate pricing information.
• Accurately enter sales orders into the system, verify quantities, prices, and discounts, and issue order confirmations.
• Monitor outstanding sales orders daily to ensure timely processing and adherence to schedules.
• Provide assistance to the sales team with order management, customer inquiries, and account-related tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage customer records, update pricing data, and monitor product availability details.
• Generate and share sales reports periodically to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve inquiries, and provide product-related updates.
• Support marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking, and coordination with the finance department. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or related roles.
• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with sales order systems and customer account management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
