Description
Our client in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front-line point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, has strong communication and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
+ Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish, tailoring support to meet individual customer needs.
+ Resolve customer issues by investigating and troubleshooting product or service-related concerns.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, such as Salesforce.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Handle sensitive customer information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide feedback on ways to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
+ Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required).
+ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or client-facing role.
+ Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and handle escalated customer issues.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a bilingual customer service role.
+ Knowledge of industry-specific products or services related to the client’s sector is a plus.
Work Environment:
+ Office-based in San Diego, CA, with potential hybrid flexibility depending on the client's policies.
+ Standard working hours, with occasional need for flexibility during peak periods.
