Description We are looking for a dedicated Security Console Operator to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support the organization by responding to calls, monitoring security systems, and handling emergency situations with professionalism and calmness. Responsibilities: • Monitor security systems and surveillance cameras to ensure safety and compliance. • Respond to incoming calls from managers and various locations, providing accurate information and support. • Collaborate with alarm companies to address alerts and take appropriate actions. • Contact law enforcement when necessary, following established protocols. • Communicate effectively to resolve issues and provide clear instructions during emergencies. • Remain composed and resourceful when managing crisis situations. • Work through problems methodically and maintain professionalism under pressure. *Schedule is 3 PM to 11 PM with weekends required. 2 days off during the week* Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. • Ability to monitor and interpret security systems and camera feeds. • Strong communication skills to address concerns and provide guidance. • Capability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. • Familiarity with working alongside alarm companies and law enforcement. • Proficiency in basic computer tasks and database management. • Demonstrated ability to remain focused in high-pressure environments.
