Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service while handling inbound and outbound calls, order processing, and customer inquiries. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment. • Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls. • Strong skills in order entry and data management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. • Familiarity with customer service systems and tools. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations. • Commitment to maintaining high service standards and professionalism.
