Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing incoming calls, assisting with payment processing, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to high volumes of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with processing payments and ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and filing to support departmental needs.
• Communicate effectively through email correspondence to provide updates and resolve customer concerns.
• Handle order entry and ensure accuracy in data input.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless workflow and excellent customer experience.
• Manage outbound calls when necessary, providing follow-up and additional support.
• Utilize call center tools and systems to track interactions and maintain organized records.
• Support various departments by carrying out assigned tasks in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for email correspondence.
• Familiarity with payment processing and order entry.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using call center software and related tools.
