Description We are looking for skilled Customer Service Representatives to support event operations for an upcoming conference in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless ticketing and registration processes for attendees. Responsibilities: • Assist with attendee check-in processes throughout the conference. • Scan tickets to verify entry and ensure smooth access to the event. • Facilitate ticket sales on-site, providing clear and helpful guidance to attendees. • Validate tickets accurately, ensuring compliance with event policies. • Provide exceptional customer service to address attendee questions and concerns. • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient event operations. • Troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve them promptly. • Maintain an attentive and welcoming demeanor to enhance the attendee experience. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or event setting. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups. • Familiarity with ticketing systems or prior experience handling ticket sales. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Availability to work flexible hours during the conference.
