Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a detail-oriented approach. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage order entry tasks efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
