In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for retired teachers and public employees, assisting them with inquiries about dental and vision coverage over the phone. This is a long-term contract position that requires working on-site to provide excellent support and service. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls from members of retired teachers and public employee associations regarding their dental and vision coverage. • Provide detailed information about rates, plans, and coverage options to callers. • Submit changes to members’ coverage plans as requested. • Direct members to insurance carriers for claims-related inquiries or assistance. • Utilize multiple systems and screens efficiently to manage information and deliver solutions. • Uphold a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. • Collaborate with team members to support operational success and customer satisfaction.
