Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating team activities, managing communication, and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Owner, Operations Manager, Business Development, Project Manager, and Service Manager to align activities with customer requirements.
• Provide timely communication and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate effective internal communication by keeping team members informed of relevant updates.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
• Stay informed about operational changes and updates in Service Management systems.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Ensure accurate data entry and order processing to support seamless operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Ability to correspond professionally via email and other communication channels.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Competency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
