We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication with customers and vendors, and providing outstanding support across departments.
Pay: $23/hourly
Hours: 5am - 1:45pm
ResponsibilitiesOrder ManagementAccurately process incoming orders via email, voicemail, and online platformsReview and verify order details for completeness and accuracyTrack shipments and ensure timely deliveryCustomer & Vendor CommunicationRespond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor inquiries via email, phone, and in personProvide pricing and rate information to the customer service teamAddress and resolve product return issues and other service concernsSupport online vendors and their customers with timely responsesAdministrative SupportAssist the department and vendors with administrative tasksCollaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams regarding stock availability, back orders, and will-call ordersMaintain clear documentation and records of communications and transactionsTeam CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceFoster a cooperative and positive work environment across departmentsQualificationsStrong communication skills—written and verbalExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in order entry systems and basic office softwarePrevious experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
