This Position reports to:

Inside Sales Manager, Canada
 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to act as the first point of contact for ABB customers, with the intention to make ABB an easy and trusted choice to do business with. Each day, you will provide internal and external customer support such as technical support, order and payment related assistance, forwarding supplier offers, finding the right speaking partner, etc., and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer experience and first contact to cash transition rate and creating more business opportunities for ABB.

The work model for the role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week at the office.


This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Buildings division of ABB, and is located in Dorval.


You will be mainly accountable for:

Order managementMaintain a constant and direct communication with the Customer so that orders come in with all the complete and correct data and are processed quickly. Contact customer (if necessary) and document communicationsEnsure that return RMA is edited and processed promptlyTake necessary actions to ensure special requirement implementationDocument and communicate to customer any order modificationsInterface with other departments to ensure smooth order flowRespond to customer inquiries concerning their order / delivery statusInvestigate and resolve order entry error messages

Requirements:

Bilingualism is essential (French/English). English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.Proficiency office softwareSAP and SFDC are assetsExcellent skills for communicationCapacity of fast adaptation to the various products and the processDynamismLike to work with peopleTeam spirit is essentialAbility to stay calm in a stressful situation
