Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a contract-to-permanent position requiring a bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves working closely with tenants and the maintenance team to ensure smooth handling of apartment-related work orders while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls from tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of work orders and service requests. • Enter and manage order details accurately within the system to maintain up-to-date records. • Provide clear and effective communication to tenants regarding service updates and follow-ups. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently to address tenant inquiries and schedule services. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. • Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering solutions to tenant issues. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. • Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking tenants. • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve tenant experiences. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or office environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Experience in order entry and maintaining accurate records. • A stable work history with demonstrated reliability and commitment. • Proficiency in basic office software and systems.
