Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Prior Authorizations/Clinical Appeals Specialist to join our team in Miramar, Florida. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly. • Provide assistance to customers via online chat, delivering accurate information and solutions. • Support the customer service department with tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. • Process data entry tasks accurately, including order input and updates. • Respond to customer emails with clear and helpful communication. • Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and concerns. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate records and generate reports. • Coordinate schedules and appointments for customers as needed. • Foster positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Strong skills in online chat communication for customer service purposes. • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently. • Excellent organizational skills to schedule appointments and prioritize tasks. • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
