Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in a CNC manufacturing or technical environment to manage customer interactions and order processing.

Requirements:

3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a CNC manufacturing or technical environment Experience with ERP software, preferably JobBOSS2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, orders, and services Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and following up to ensure satisfaction Support processing customer orders, quotes, and change requests efficiently using ERP software Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers proactively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within JobBOSS2 ERP Prepare and distribute customer reports, invoices, and shipping documents as needed Support management with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
