About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in custom products and orders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate accurate customer quotations for requested products or services.
+ Enter sales orders into the ERP system, verifying all customer and product details.
+ Send order confirmations and maintain communication throughout the order lifecycle.
+ Resolve discrepancies related to customer purchase orders.
+ Monitor and expedite orders as needed.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical and order updates.
+ Track shipments and provide proof of delivery upon request.
+ Maintain and update customer data in the database.
+ Manage customer complaints and complete all related documentation.
+ Support the Regional Sales Manager with inquiries during travel.
+ Handle inbound customer service calls, including quotes, orders, and technical questions.
+ Digitally organize job orders and sales documentation daily.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or industrial customer service.
+ Proficient with computers, including word processing and spreadsheets.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
+ High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
+ Familiarity with industrial products is a plus.
+ Solid math skills, including unit conversions and pricing calculations (imperial and metric systems).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
