+ **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ **Pay Rate** : $24.00/hour

Are you a data-savvy communicator with a knack for uncovering trends and driving performance? Adecco is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Analyze reports and tasks to identify behavioral trends in vendor phone reps
+ Proactively present insights and data to improve team performance
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives
**What You Bring:**
+ Strong communication skills
+ Proficiency in analytical tools
+ Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, Charts, Worksheets)
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
+ Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
+ 1–5 years of relevant experience
+ High School Diploma or higher
+ Power BI experience is a plus!

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
