Description We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and accurately. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information. • Process customer orders and coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of requested items. • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including shipping, to resolve issues and fulfill requests. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and other tools to manage customer correspondence and maintain records. • Support inbound and outbound call operations, addressing customer needs effectively. • Provide guidance on product selection and usage to assist customers in meeting their requirements. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. • Manage order entry tasks with attention to detail and follow established procedures. • Maintain a thoughtful and empathetic approach in all customer interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. • Familiarity with order processing and invoice preparation. • Experience using QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with email correspondence and online chat platforms. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
