**Job Summary**
The Sr. Process Executive-Ops will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within the Workers Compensation domain. With a focus on customer service the candidate will manage policy administration new business and claims processes. **Responsibilities**
+ Manage and execute end-to-end processes in Workers Compensation policy administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Oversee new business processes ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of new clients.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
+ Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of Workers Compensation.
+ Utilize technical skills to enhance customer service interactions and outcomes.
+ Support the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all policy and claims activities.

**Qualifications**
+ Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the Workers Compensation domain.
+ Demonstrate expertise in policy administration new business and claims processes.
+ Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes.
+ Show proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Display excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
+ Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
+ Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work model requirements.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP)
