The SPE-Ins Claims role is designed for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service within the IT domain. **Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
+ Assist in the training and development of junior team members to enhance team performance.

**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate proficiency in customer service within the IT domain showcasing strong problem-solving skills.

+ Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Certifications Required**
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in customer service.
