We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization in Coraopolis. This person will be responsible for supporting their clients and sales agents with account maintenance and problem resolution. Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely customer support to clientsLiaison between clients and sales agents regarding their accountsFacilitate new account set up and onboardingInvestigate and resolve client concerns and inquiries with a focus on efficiency and service qualityCollaborate with cross-functional departments to support application reviews, account verification, and issue escalation

Requirements:

2 or more years of experience in customer service or sales supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plus!Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
