What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with leadership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
