**Responsibilities**
+ Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
+ Utilize your language skills to communicate clearly and professionally with clients enhancing their overall experience.
+ Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer interactions and service delivery.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
+ Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services.
+ Implement best practices in customer service ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques enhancing your ability to assist clients.
+ Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.
+ Contribute to team meetings and discussions offering insights and suggestions for improving service delivery.
+ Support the development of new customer service initiatives helping to drive innovation and efficiency.
+ Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients fostering trust and long-term relationships.

+ Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service with a focus on voice support.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish with strong reading writing and speaking skills.
+ Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
+ Show a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices with a commitment to continuous improvement.
+ Display proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
+ Have a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
+ Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with the ability to manage tasks both remotely and in-office.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
