Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, donors, and community members in a professional and empathetic manner.
+ Provide information about the organization’s services, programs, and mission to stakeholders.
+ Resolve customer questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary to leadership or other departments.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the organization’s CRM software.
+ Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall customer service function.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
+ Represent the organization’s values of compassion, inclusivity, and support in all interactions.
Requirements
+ Has previous experience in customer service or a similar role (nonprofit experience is a plus).
+ Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires prioritization and multitasking.
+ Is comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
+ Is passionate about the mission of the nonprofit sector and helping others in need.
+ Brings a positive attitude and a desire to grow as part of a collaborative team.
