Job Description Works with Insurance customers via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Provides claims support, including status updates, documenting claim details, high level valuation methodology, and resolving product/report issues. Emphasis is on effortless experience, identifying opportunities for self-service options, and ensuring first contact resolution. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent Required Skills and Experience: 1 year of related experience Ability to type 35+ WPM Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously Ability to research information using web- based tools Strong attention to detail Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills. Desired Skills and Experience: Insurance claims and call center experience a PLUS!
