Customer Service Representative
Emerson is looking for Customer Service Representative in Gilau, Cluj (Romania). In this role you will be the main point of contact for our clients, managing their orders and inquiries with the utmost care and efficiency. You will facilitate communication between the company and its clients, proactively managing customer relations and ensuring that their needs are met consistently. We look forward to receiving your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Manage and process daily customer orders using the company's MRP system. + Collaborate closely with sales, quotation, and technical teams to ensure the accuracy of orders and offers. + Build and maintain special product files in the company's specific system. + Verify compliance with company regulations regarding order approval and secure necessary approvals. + Monitor order status regularly and communicate delivery timelines and updates to clients through email or phone. + Assist clients with any order-related issues, including pricing, delivery times, manufacturing schedules, and logistics. + Work alongside internal departments such as sales, logistics, and quality assurance to gather additional information and resolve customer inquiries. + Prepare documentation for order shipments, ensuring adherence to current delivery Incoterms. + Generate reports on order statuses and customer interactions as part of your portfolio management. **Who You Are:** You are an excellent communicator who thrives in a team setting and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Your organizational skills and eye for detail enable you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
