Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle order entry and inquiries, maintain accounts, and collaborate with outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will provide efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all customers at all times while working with other staff to meet customer needs. Responsibilities + Enter and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately. + Maintain and update customer accounts. + Collaborate with outside sales representatives for seamless service. + Provide excellent customer service in a manufacturing environment. + Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and return all voicemail calls. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years of business-related experience. + Proficiency in order entry and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems. + Strong practical math skills and computer proficiency. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred. + Experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics a plus. + Ability to communicate professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds. + Team player mentality. Work Environment The role is based in an office environment with occasional visits to other teams. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, see, and hear, and must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. A hardhat is required when visiting the manufacturing plant. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $13.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
