Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with a short-term project. This contract position involves traveling to various locations to complete on-site tasks, ensuring materials are properly set up and documented. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Travel to designated locations to set up banners and promotional materials. • Ensure proper placement and arrangement of banners as per guidelines. • Take clear and accurate photographs to document completed setups. • Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and locations visited. • Communicate effectively with team members to confirm project requirements and progress. • Safeguard all materials and tools required for on-site installations. • Demonstrate professionalism and represent the organization positively during site visits. Requirements • Ability to travel locally to various locations as required. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with uploading documents and content to online platforms. • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Access to reliable transportation for traveling to project sites. • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members. • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
