Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied.

+ Successfully multitask by managing customer interactions across multiple channels, updating records, and ensuring timely responses.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are implemented effectively.

+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework is preferred.
+ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing tasks and maintaining accuracy.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in challenging situations.
