Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable High-Level Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced and dynamic team based in Bloomington, MN. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful applicant will work alongside a team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), handling high call volumes and providing exceptional service while balancing both in-office and remote responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions with professionalism. + Work as part of a collaborative CSR team during peak seasons, managing an average of 450 calls daily split among the team. + Efficiently handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels. + Accurately document and update customer information in CRM platforms and other internal systems. + Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by analyzing customer needs and addressing concerns promptly. + Support process improvement initiatives by identifying trends and offering feedback to enhance workflows. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment with a proven ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred. + Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-platform communication tools, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed customer records. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to promptly address and resolve customer concerns. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. + Proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities during peak seasons. + Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively in a busy environment. + A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service and consistently fostering positive customer experiences.
