Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account/Customer Support Representative to efficiently process orders with precision, adhering to policies and procedures while managing customer expectations. This role involves advising customers on any changes impacting their expectations, ensuring timely invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.
ResponsibilitiesDrive solutions for customers by resolving escalated issues received via telephone or email.Arrange trucking for applicable shipments to ensure smooth delivery processes.Resolve and clear daily Provisional Price Holds and Invoice Blocked Lines to ensure timely invoicing.Log and track customer complaints from initial intake to timely resolution.Build sustainable relationships with customer contacts and sales employees through personable and timely interaction.Develop extensive knowledge of key customer needs within issue resolution categories, including P.O. research and management, invoice adjustments, sample requests, complaint processes, and proforma invoices.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills3-4 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing company similar to metals/materials.Proficient in MS Products with a focus on Excel, able to manipulate data and extract important information for reports.Prior experience with ERP Databases.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience in account management, purchase order processing, logistics, manufacturing, and sales support.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
