Job Description
This role involves working closely with specific customer accounts to maintain relationships and provide exceptional customer service. The candidate will handle customer service calls via phone, email, or fax, addressing queries related to shipment, billing, and more. Building strong relationships and familiarity with customers is a key aspect of this position.

The role operates within a small company with an open office layout where everyone has their own desk in a shared space. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. The dress code is business casual. There is room for growth in terms of salary and responsibilities within the company.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
