Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. You will play a vital role in providing top-notch support while handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. • Provide assistance to guests by delivering accurate information and exceptional customer service. • Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks with precision. • Manage email correspondence to ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate records and create reports. • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer requests efficiently. • Support order entry processes and ensure data accuracy. • Handle mailing tasks and ensure proper documentation. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of service quality. • Train on internal systems to improve efficiency and workflow. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. • Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with basic accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Experience with order entry and data management. • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy. • Capable of working effectively in a customer-facing environment.
