Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Loan Procesesor to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of customer interactions and ensure accurate communication across multiple channels. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience. • Manage call center tasks by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and order information. • Handle email correspondence professionally and provide timely responses. • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations. • Facilitate both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation. • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to provide informed support. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong skills in managing inbound and outbound calls. • Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence. • Familiarity with order entry processes and scheduling appointments. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
