Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tracy, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing while delivering exceptional support to customers. Requirements • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written correspondence. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and systems. • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns. • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
