Description Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract to hire basis for a company in Indiana! The primary tasks of the Customer Service Representative will include writing service orders, data entry, communication to vendors/office personnel/service team, coordinating workflow, and troubleshooting any service / maintenance concerns. The Customer Service Representative position is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, and onsite. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: • Greet customers, understand their concerns, and explain the necessary repairs/services • Create repair orders • Communicate with technicians • Provide estimates (calculate repair costs and communicate it to the customer) • Schedule repair jobs and optimize workflow • Review completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met, follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns • Address and resolve customer grievances and complaints professionally • Maintain accurate customer records, including profiles and repair history • Process transactions • Communicate with dealers, vendors and repair shops Requirements Customer Service Experience (2+ years), Shop Repair/Maintenance Experience, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Order Entry, Communicate to Multiple Vendors, Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
