Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a contract position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a dynamic call center environment. If you excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring client inquiries are addressed effectively. • Work autonomously within a team of 5-8 customer service specialists to meet performance goals. • Navigate multiple proprietary software platforms to update participant records accurately using keyboard shortcuts and other tools. • Follow provided scripts while maintaining a high level of respect and professionalism in all interactions. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors through Microsoft Teams and Outlook to ensure seamless communication. • Maintain a consistent focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. Requirements • Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
