What You'll Do: As an Intake Representative, you’ll play a vital role in setting the stage for quality patient care. Your responsibilities include: + Managing every step of the customer intake process, from order creation to final shipment. + Navigating medical documentation requirements by coordinating with physicians' offices, insurance companies, and patients to obtain and verify documentation. + Accurately entering customer and order data into company systems while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies. + Verifying insurance coverage, obtaining prior authorizations, and ensuring proper documentation for efficient order processing. + Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to build strong referral networks and create opportunities for consistent patient referrals. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center customer service role • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. • Strong skills in data entry and order processing with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Excellent multitasking capabilities to navigate multiple systems and screens. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer support.
