Will provide customer service in a fast paced environment. Will process orders for customers including order entry, expediting, model and part number review, updating orders to comply with customer changes, maintain delivery performance on orders and provide communication to the customer and sales force for all order and shipment information. Must be able to work closely with operations, shipping, materials and scheduling to communicate customer needs. Must be able to manipulate customer websites.
As customer service you will:
Manage and resolve customer issuesManage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manaufacturing plant/distribution center to the CustomerManage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team and external customersMaintain customer service process training documents specific to the Reynosa plantWork with the materials group, NA CSR team, warehouse personnel, trade compliance and sales team to meet critical customer needsEnsure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systemsMonitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time deliveryAdditional Information
Travel: 5%Basic Requirements
Able to speak both English and Spanish fluentlyStrong communication skillsStrong computer skills – Oracle, Microsoft Office including email, excel and wordStrong problem solving and teamwork skillsMust be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customersPreferred:
Oracle Experience a plusBachelor’s Degree in Business or related field2+ years experience in relevant fieldCustomer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
