Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients by managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Handle outbound communication to follow up on client requests or provide updates. • Process orders accurately and ensure all data entry tasks are completed with precision. • Manage email correspondence, addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a timely manner. • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to ensure seamless customer service. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage customer records. • Maintain detailed and organized documentation for all interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery. • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Strong proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls. • Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Competence in managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks. • Ability to handle order entry with precision and attention to detail. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • A proactive and organized approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
