Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound telephone calls and address customer inquiries with care and attention. • Handle email correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. • Process and manage data entry tasks, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word effectively to support daily operations. • Perform order entry tasks with precision, meeting customer expectations and timelines. • Collaborate with warehouse management teams to ensure seamless communication and operations. • Maintain a pleasant and detail-oriented phone manner when interacting with customers. • Follow manufacturing practices and procedures to align with industry standards. • Provide exceptional customer service that reflects a thorough understanding of our manufacturing operations. • Identify and resolve customer concerns proactively to ensure satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. • Proficiency in handling inbound telephone calls and demonstrating effective phone etiquette. • Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication. • Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail. • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word in a detail-oriented environment. • Knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management practices. • Background in manufacturing or understanding of manufacturing industry operations. • Ability to maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while resolving customer issues.
