Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Process payments and handle data entry tasks with accuracy. • Collaborate with loan teams and vendors to compile reports and ensure smooth operations. • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and updating records. • Resolve client questions and concerns while maintaining excellent communication skills. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to create and manage documentation. • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. • Assist in the preparation of various reports and documentation for internal and external use. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. • Basic math skills to handle payment processing and data entry tasks. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team. • Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
