Requirements + Prior experience in a customer service or similar role preferred. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. + Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. + Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office tools, or comparable systems. + Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment. + Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
