Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, customer data management, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including invoicing, fulfillment, and inventory analysis.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to proactively resolve issues and streamline daily operations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on departmental processes and best practices.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and data within the system to support efficient order handling.
• Process returns and handle international documentation in compliance with company protocols.
• Develop and communicate suggestions for improving standard operating procedures to management.
• Support the execution of assigned tasks while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers to address their needs effectively. Requirements • At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in data entry and order management.
• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Sage 100 or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
